I'm an investigative journalist turned China studies researcher, currently finishing my MA at the Fletcher School (Tufts) with a cross-registration at Harvard Kennedy School. Before grad school, I spent three years at CommonWealth Magazine — Taiwan's most trusted news outlet — where I covered Chinese business, technology, and political economy, including an on-the-ground investigation of Shein's supply chain in Guangdong. My research focuses on how Chinese companies operate globally and how media shapes public understanding of China and Taiwan. I've also co-authored work on AI model bias with Dartmouth College and contributed to a Reporters Without Borders report on Beijing's information warfare.
Co-authored HKS Misinformation Review paper on AI model bias and DeepSeek. Conducted applied research on US-Taiwan media using ML & social network analysis.
